Regarding the Retail Express Shopify Integration, a user can Disable the integration.
In Addition, the integration can be fully deleted by navigating to Settings - Integration - Shopify and then clicking on the Bin icon to the far right in line of the Shopify Domain name.
You should remove the Shopify integration to remove any risk of these transactions exceeding your limits.
